ReadyTech enhances Workforce Solutions product with addition of PhoenixHRIS

ReadyTech (ASX:RDY), today announces the acquisition of PhoenixHRIS, a cloud-based talent management and applicant tracking system, specialising in management of online recruitment and onboarding. Offering both an end-to-end suite or by module, it bolsters ReadyTech’s product suite, with key modules including job requisition, recruitment, video screening, candidate testing and verification and onboarding. 

 

Joining its existing offerings in Workforce Solutions, PhoenixHRIS’s additional functionality will be tightly coupled into ReadyTech’s workforce management suite, to enhance the offering to current customers, as well as the growing and changing needs of employers.
