ReadyTech takes Government ERP Solution to new heights and releases new groundbreaking research at iNNOVATE
New ReadyTech Customer Centricity Report highlights discrepancies between perceptions of senior council leaders and the civilian experience
SYDNEY, 20 November 2023 – This month, more than 350 influential local and state Government representatives joined the ReadyTech iNNOVATE conference in Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast and Melbourne.
During the conference, ReadyTech launched an all new, insight rich, Customer Centricity Report, finding that Council’s fall short of 25% of Australians digital expectations. ReadyTech also released a new Government ERP solution, Ready Community which combines existing products across ReadyTech into one all new and improved service for Governments.
ReadyTech Customer Centricity Report
Conducted in partnership with Antenna Insights, the new Customer Centricity Report highlights major discrepancies between what is important to Australians and what Governments around the country are investing in.
Half of the surveyed Australians agree that their local government isn’t customer-centric. At the same time, Australians see customer centricity in the top three issues they want their local Council to focus on.
When it comes to investing money, Councils aren’t aligning with community expectations. 40% are allocating less than 25% of the budgeted spend for their digital transformation strategy to software or systems and half of councils are allocating less than 10% of their budgeted spend towards customer centricity.
In light of this, it is no surprise that over one quarter of Australians find that council’s efforts fall short of their digital expectations.
Ready Community
