Marc Washbourne is ReadyTech’s CEO and co-founder, overseeing its growth from early product development in 1999 to leading the ASX-listed technology company with a significant reach across education, workforce management, government and justice sectors – from Australia to a global customer base.

With over 20 years’ experience in business leadership and technology, Marc heads up ReadyTech’s global team of over 300 people who are committed to supporting more than 4,000 customers.

A former software developer, Marc couples his technical background with a commitment to the disciplines of excellence in SaaS driving ReadyTech’s strategy and vision. Through this work, in 2020, Marc was invited to join the board of the Federal Government’s Digital Skills Organisation which is committed to improving digital skills and industry-ready candidates in Australia as part of the Skills Reform agenda.

Nimesh Shah is a Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years’ experience steering companies in the technology and online digital industries to success in both Australia and Asia.

Joining ReadyTech in 2017 from ASX-listed iSentia Group, where he was Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, he oversaw ReadyTech’s successful transition to public company life in 2019, following a similar successful journey at iSentia.

He is a former global CFO of pioneering social networking site Friendster and was finance director at Fairfax Digital Australia & New Zealand for seven years. His career has also included roles at Dell, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.

Daniel Wyner is a natural business and people leader with over a decade’s worth of senior management experience across the regional information, software and services industry.

A former Asia-Pacific Regional Director at multinational Wolters Kluwer, Daniel has been instrumental to growth in Workforce Solutions since 2018, where he played a rainmaking role in the acquisitions of Zambion in New Zealand and WageLink in South Australia.

Daniel’s experience includes roles as General Manager, Global Product Management at Wolters Kluwer and Head of Strategy, M&A at its subsidiary CCH Australia. He has also worked as a practicing accountant in a BRW Top 100 chartered accounting firm.

James Diamond is a business leader with two decades’ worth of experience launching and growing business and technology offerings across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

A former regional managing director of US-based advertising technology firm Integral Ad Science, James’ background includes driving high performing teams, executing organisation-wide transformations and championing business strategies that put customer needs first.

James is a former commercial director of data and customer experience firm Acxiom. He is active in the start-up tech ecosystem and maintains non-executive directorships at digital advertising analysis firm Thorndyke AI and venture capital matching firm Apollo League.

Phillip has been the Managing Director at Open Office for more than 20 years. He has been instrumental in growing the business with his extensive experience in all areas of information technology and government business, and a key player in the development of the solution and ongoing business expansion.

Sam Giffney is ReadyTech’s head of information security, with two decades of experience in technology and security leadership roles across the Australia and New Zealand region.

Responsible for building the ReadyTech information security program and maintaining certification under the international ISO 27001 security management standard, Sam has been integral to embedding information security best practices and culture across the organisation’s products and teams.

Sam’s nine years with ReadyTech have included three years as the group’s Head of Technology and tech lead roles on JR Active and JR Plus. He is a former general manager of global B2B business database Kompass in New Zealand and is (ISC)² certified in cloud security.
