ReadyTech partners with WA Office of the Public Advocate to transform IT case management

3 Dec 2024 - The Western Australian Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) has chosen ReadyTech’s ‘Ready Case’ solution to replace its legacy I.T. case management system.

The partnership marks a significant step forward in modernising OPA's approach to managing its information and records, and enhancing the essential service it provides to its vulnerable clients.

OPA is a statutory authority which operates within the WA Department of Justice. OPA delivers guardianship services to adults who lack decision-making capacity, and advocacy and investigation services to adults for whom there is a concern they may lack capacity and potentially require a guardian and/or administrator.

Public Advocate, Pauline Bagdonavicius said it was an exciting time for OPA.
