Driven by a vision to simplify business through technology, our journey began in the early days of the procurement profession and the internet. With a background in commercial construction management, the McInnes brothers experienced manual processes firsthand, inspiring the creation of Open Windows Software, possibly the world's first computerised contract management system.
Continuing to lead the market in transforming complex contract & procurement processes, today, our flagship product Ready Contracts is used by over 150 organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
