Daniel Wyner | Chief Executive, Government, Justice & Procurement
Daniel Wyner brings over 15 years of tech experience. With over 5 years at ReadyTech, he previously led the Workforce Solutions division, driving payroll and workforce management innovations for major enterprises across Australia and New Zealand. Passionate about innovation, Daniels focus is on transforming government services to better serve local and state communities.

Chris Dunn | Head of Product, Government
Chris Dunn is ReadyTech's Head of Product, Government, bringing extensive product leadership experience across multiple industries. He began his career as a Business Analyst at Medicare Australia, later working with clients like Cadbury and Vic Police at Fujitsu. Chris then transitioned to the online gambling sector, holding key leadership roles at Sportsbet, Paddy Power, and Tabcorp.
Most recently, Chris led North American HCM Product at Xero before overseeing their Australian Superannuation product. After consulting with Datacom, he joined ReadyTech and is excited to drive the company's growth as the leading provider in Local Government ECP.

Russell Doig | Head of Operations, Procurement
Russell has been part of ReadyTech for 24 years, as Head of Operations - Procurement Systems he has played a key role in shaping the strategic growth of Ready Contracts. As a major contributor to the company’s success, he leads the Melbourne-based delivery team, driving innovation and ensuring outstanding outcomes for all customer engagements.

Craig McLaughlin | Head of Strategy & Solution Design, Government
Craig has over 25 years of experience in the IT sector, starting in Professional Services and transitioning to software product development. Passionate about the industry, he dedicates much of his time to product demos and engaging with ReadyTech customers on new features and technology.

Eliza Sbizzirri | Head of Commercial Operations, Government & Justice
Eliza is the Head of Commercial Operations, Government & Justice at ReadyTech. Joining the company in 2018 as a Product Manager, she played a key role in defining the Altus Product Strategy, collaborating with the Product Team and Strategic Partners. With extensive experience across various roles, including Consultant, Professional Services Manager, and Sales, Eliza brings a well-rounded expertise to her leadership position.

Ryan Newstead | Enterprise Product Manager, Procurement
Ryan Newstead brings 19 years of experience with ReadyTech and a deep expertise in enterprise tech. With extensive knowledge of procurement customer needs, he delivers tailored, best-practice solutions that align seamlessly with client requirements.

Chris Martin Murphy | TRS QPR, Principal & Managing Director, Interface Research & Strategy, M.A. History (Cambridge)
Chris Martin Murphy is the Principal & Managing Director at Interface Research & Strategy. He collaborates with six very senior independent research consultant partners, each with a range of skills and category experiences matched to appropriate projects.

Alice Jeffcott | Director of Client Services, Market Creations
Alice is a confident communicator and critical thinker who has worked with a blend of regional local governments and corporate metro clients during her time at Market Creations Agency. As Director of Client Services, Alice provides strategic communications advice to clients and oversees the end-to-end implementation of marketing strategies and plans. This includes the coordination of strategic brand and PR campaigns aimed at influencing public perceptions, driving behaviour change and enhancing customer experience. Through the CouncilConnect program, Alice supports the delivery of digital solutions to over 100 Councils across Australia, including websites, intranets, and councillor portals.

Ben Dornier | Head of Industry, Government
Ben worked in local government and tertiary education prior to becoming MD at CouncilWise, and has a passion for cloud computing, government efficiency, rural and remote councils - and rates and property. Originally from Hawaii, he has lived and worked across Europe and Asia, and happily calls Australia home.

Scott Christian | Head of Product, Property & Rates
Scott is a dedicated professional with expertise in property and rates, having played a key role in founding CouncilWise. With years of experience in the industry, he is passionate about creating efficient solutions and helping others navigate the complexities of property management and local government processes.

Melisa Perkins | Senior Consultant, Procurement
Melisa is a seasoned professional at ReadyTech, having joined in 2011. With expertise across procurement, support, account management, training, and consulting, she excels in client-facing roles. Melisa is passionate about enhancing user experiences, with a keen focus on the human element that drives success.

Julie Ireland | Implementation Consultant, Procurement
Julie has been with the ReadyTech Procurement team for the past seven years, bringing over 20 years of experience as a corporate trainer. She excels in building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, while fostering learning and development through impactful training and education.

Matt Westacott | Senior Implementation Consultant, Payroll
Matt joined ReadyTech in 2015 as a Support Consultant, quickly discovering his passion for Payroll. Transitioning to the consulting team, he became Lead Consultant for the Ready Community payroll project, overseeing the implementation for nearly 40 local government authorities. With a Master's in Multimedia Computing, Matt is dedicated to delivering exceptional training and fostering a positive user experience for all skill levels.

Dona John | Product Manager, Government
Dona John is a Product Manager at Government ReadyTech, focused on optimising user experience and functionality. With over 18 years of experience, she has successfully led cross-functional teams in developing and launching products that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Known for her data-driven approach and problem-solving expertise, Dona excels at identifying market opportunities, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Anthony Bradley | Product Owner - Business Intelligence & Integrations, Government
Anthony has 25 years of experience in the IT sector and been with ReadyTech for over 10 years. Specialising in Local Government, he has been at the core of delivering products focused on delivering valuable business outcomes for our customers. Anthony currently manages the BI product range, which through accurate, timely and actionable data, helps decision-makers understand what is happening in their business and why.

Ashley Wilks | Implementation Consultant, Government
Ashley Wilks has been with ReadyTech for 10 years, specialising in project implementations, business process outsourcing, and Business Intelligence (BI). With expertise in data visualisation tools like Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, Board, and Power BI, Ashley has played a key role in the design and testing of Power BI products that enhance ReadyTech's product suites. Previously, Ashley worked in the health sector, focusing on enabling people, processes, and tools for implementing Activity Based Management. He also has experience with third-party BI tools such as Cognos PowerPlay and Tableau.

Darren Cottam | Finance & Payroll Product Owner, Government
Darren is a Senior Finance Consultant & Developer at ReadyTech, passionate about leveraging the Community Finance product to solve complex challenges. With a Bachelor of Computer Science from Flinders University, he brings expertise from his previous role as an in-house Microsoft Dynamics NAV Specialist in the private sector. Darren thrives on using innovative software solutions to drive success and overcome obstacles.
