Canberra-based LEAD provides a range of specialist disability employment services across the ACT and in NSW. These include having a DES service, an Australian Disability Enterprise, a Registered Training Organisation, individual employment supports and school leaver transition services.

With the aim of supporting people to achieve their potential by providing opportunities to be active in the community, LEAD has a person-centred service model that allows people to engage in a wide range of opportunities. It also encourages diversity, tolerance and opportunities in the community.
