Sarah Rowan | MC & Speed Painter

Sarah Rowan is an artist and thought leader who empowers individuals and organisations to ignite a better future through creativity. As one of Australia’s top-speed painters, she has lived and breathed the dynamic process of transformation for over 20 years, turning blank walls and canvasses into thought-provoking pieces of art, with limited time and often in front of a live audience. She has performed at over 500 events and raised over $300,000 for charity. Sarah is known for her humour and down-to-earth communication style as she creates unique works of art within minutes during her world-class presentations.

Nicole Livingstone | Australian Olympian & Commentator

From a young age, Nicole quickly became a dominant force in backstroke in Australia, winning the 50m, 100m and 200m Australian long course titles at just 15 years old. From there, Nicole competed in numerous Olympics & Commonwealth Games and won the 100m backstroke a total of ten times during 1987-1996 – a record that remains today. Retiring from competition, Nicole then directed her time & passion into the media, and soon became one of the industry's most successful ex-athlete presenters. In 2017, Nicole was appointed as CEO of AFLW, the first woman in charge of the sport. With a resume boasting passion, experience and class.

Brant Garvey | Australian Paralympian

Paralympian Brant Garvey made history by becoming the first above-knee amputee to conquer the challenging Ironman Triathlon in Australia. His success in numerous para-triathlon World Series races reflects his unwavering spirit. Brant's inspiring journey of resilience and determination has sparked hope and brought transformative change to numerous lives. Presently, he dedicates himself to assisting people in unlocking and strengthening their resilience, empowering them for success in both personal and professional spheres.

Sean La Fontaine | Business Development Manager, Kernow Environmental Services

With over 25 years at Kernow Environmental Services, Sean La Fontaine manages Environmental Health Services across multiple councils, specialising in food safety and public health. An expert in environmental health and disaster response, Sean holds a B.A.Sc. from Swinburne University. Sean is currently leading the implementation of RIAMS (Regulatory Information Management System) into the local government sector to provide EHO's with streamlined access to all Environmental Health information, and drive efficiency and cost savings for councils.

Olga Durytska | Power Platform / Low Code Technical Specialist, Microsoft

Olga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and project delivery. With a strong background as a certified accountant and a Microsoft Certified Professional, Olga has honed her skills in various domains, making her a valuable asset in the tech industry. Before joining Microsoft in 2021 as a Technical Specialist, Olga served as a Senior Business Consultant at DXC Technology, where she successfully led numerous projects and provided strategic guidance to clients. Her deep understanding of both finance and technology enables her to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Passionate about empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Olga is dedicated to helping organizations leverage technology for growth and efficiency.

Matt Furse | Asia ISV & SaaS Partnerships Technology Lead, Microsoft

A real passion for technology, not in isolation but for the impact it has on solving problems, connecting people and improving lives. Always excited by the potential of what can be achieved by developing ideas with the right application of effort and technology. 20-years of proven sales and business development experience working with and for multi-billion dollar organisations. Strong industry knowledge of SaaS, retail and professional services markets with experience in banking and telecommunications. Comfortable operating in a global and local capacity with track record of innovation across multiple countries whilst at IBM and Microsoft.

Daniel Wyner | Chief Executive, Government & Justice

With 15+ years in tech and 5+ years at ReadyTech, Daniel led Workforce Solutions, delivering top payroll solutions to major enterprises. He played a key role in acquisitions, product development, and ReadyTech's ASX listing. Now as Chief Executive of Government & Justice, he aims to innovate customer-centric solutions for local and state governments, transforming operations and community service.

Russell Doig | Head of Operations, Procurement

Russell joined ReadyTech Procurement in 2001, as Head of Operations. Russell has been integral to the strategic development of Ready Contracts and continues to be a major contributor to the success and growth of the business. He leads the Melbourne-based delivery team of consultants, developers, and support, to ensure successful outcomes for all client engagements.

Craig McLaughlin | Head of Strategy & Solution Design, Government

Craig started his career in Professional Services for an Accounting Firm and quickly moved into core IT. He now has over 25 years’ experience in the IT sector in building new software products. He still to this day is passionate about the industry and spends a substantial portion of his time involved in product demonstrations and discussions around new features and technology that our ReadyTech Government customers want to use.

Michelle Cross | General Manager, Operations, Government

Michelle joined ReadyTech in 2024 as the General Manager Operations, Government & Justice. Michelle’s professional trajectory spans nearly three decades, encompassing pivotal roles in sales, strategy, data analytics, digital transformation, marketing, product development, operations, and executive leadership across a diverse array of sectors including public, private, startup and not-for-profit organisations. Driven by seeking out problems to solve and making a difference, Michelle's drawn to transformative change and sparking inspiration in others.

David Rajasingham | Head of Revenue, Government 


David is an innovative and engaging senior leader with two decades of experience in Enterprise technology and software solutions. With a background spanning enterprise sales, organisational strategy, business development, and digital transformation, David has recently joined ReadyTech as the Head of Revenue, Government to support the evolution and growth strategies. He is passionate about how the adoption of technology can transform the end-user and customer experience, improve employee engagement and deliver real outcomes for our communities, and looks forward to sharing this vision with our customers.

James Diamond | Chief Operating Officer

With 20 years of experience in launching and expanding business and technology ventures across Australia and New Zealand, James has a proven track record of driving success. He previously served as the regional managing director for Integral Ad Science, a US-based advertising technology firm, where he excelled in leading high-performing teams, spearheading organizational transformations, and prioritizing customer-centric business strategies. James also held the role of commercial director at Acxiom, focusing on data and customer experience. Currently, he remains actively involved in the startup tech ecosystem, serving as a non-executive director for Thorndyke AI, a digital advertising analysis firm.

Bodin Pollard | Customer Experience & Support Manager, Government 

Bodin is the Customer Experience & Support Manager at ReadyTech, a role he began in 2024. With a robust background spanning 25 years in multi-billion-dollar enterprises, Bodin brings a wealth of experience to the table. His career took a dynamic turn over the past six years as he immersed himself in the fast-paced world of small Australian tech startups, thriving in environments with tight budgets and innovative challenges. Bodin's unique blend of corporate expertise and startup agility makes him a valuable asset in enhancing customer experience and support strategies at ReadyTech.

Jo Arpin | Customer Operations Manager, Government 

Jo Arpin brings over two decades of expertise in sales, finance, and administration to her role as Customer Operations Manager for ReadyTech Government. With a solid three-year track record at ReadyTech, Jo has excelled in both Account Management and Customer Support, gaining invaluable hands-on experience within the business. A qualified bookkeeper and holder of a Diploma in Business Management, she has also honed her skills through a Professional Selling Skills program. Jo has a customer-centric approach and with her extensive background she has a keen understanding of operational excellence to drive exceptional service and support for ReadyTech’s government clients.

Ryan Newstead | Enterprise Product Manager, Procurement

Ryan has 18 years of experience with ReadyTech Procurement, and a strong background in enterprise tech. He has extensive knowledge relating to the business and functional requirements of our clients, which allows him to deliver best-practice solutions that carefully algin to clients’ needs.

Sharmani Pegrum
| Implementation Consultant, Procurement 

Sharmani has vast experience in WA Local Government, particularly in Procurement systems. Prior to her role as Ready Contracts Application Support Lead at ReadyTech in 2022, she was the Strategic Sourcing and Contracts Specialist at City of Stirling, responsible for implementing Ready Contracts. Now, at ReadyTech, she assists clients in maximising Ready Contracts benefits through needs analysis and system improvements.

Melisa Perkins | Senior Consultant, Procurement 

Melisa joined ReadyTech in 2011 and has developed a wealth of knowledge and skills in various client facing roles across the procurement team, including support, account management, training design and delivery and consulting. She enjoys working closely with clients and understands the importance of the human element in driving the user experience.

The Welcome to Country at our Perth iNNOVATE24 conference will be presented by Duelling Didges. No strangers to our iNNOVATE conference, the Duelling Didges duo Heath and Derek are incredibly talented performers whose didgeridoo skills and storytelling are a highlight of the conference every year.
